Your account uses online authentication. Previewing and downloading files happens locally. Choosing Send request uploads the selected files and request details to private storage for studio review.

Account information and Google sign-in
When you register with email, your name, email address and authentication information are processed by Supabase to create and secure your account. Passwords are handled by the authentication service; please never email us your password. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information, which may include your name and profile picture. We use this information to identify you, sign you in and maintain your account. This website does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts.
Models, photos and request forms
STL previews, measurements, estimates and prepared photo requests are processed in your browser. When you choose Send request, we store your account identifier, contact email, request details, selected model or reference files, preliminary estimate and submission timestamps in Supabase database and private file storage. We use these records to review your project, communicate with you and track its status. You can see your own requests; authorized studio staff can review requests and files and update their status. Files are not publicly listed. File downloads require account authorization. A locally downloaded estimate or brief is not submitted unless you separately send it. If you email us files, we receive them through that channel.
How information is used and shared
We use account and request information to provide login, account confirmation, password recovery, project review, customer support and security. Supabase processes authentication data; Resend processes recipient addresses, authentication email content and delivery information to send confirmation, password-reset and studio notification emails. Studio notifications contain a request reference and a link to the account area; model attachments are not included. Google processes sign-in when you choose that option. Our hosting and delivery providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, and the jsDelivr library CDN may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and requested resources when serving or securing the site. These services operate under their own applicable privacy terms. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse and protect the service. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising; Google account data is used for authentication and account-related purposes.
Browser storage and technical information
The login service uses browser local storage to keep your session and complete sign-in. Signing out ends the session on that browser. Clearing website storage removes locally stored login information and may require you to sign in again. The application does not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Hosting, authentication and email providers may keep operational and security logs. Clearing browser data does not delete your server-side account.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Account information is retained while your account is active. Submitted requests and files are retained while needed for project review and service; incomplete uploads may also remain until removed by the studio. You can request deletion of your files or requests by contacting us. To request access, correction or deletion of your account information, email egor1412@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Information needed for legal obligations, security or resolving a dispute may be retained as necessary; service-provider backups and logs may remain until their normal retention periods expire. This website does not currently offer an automatic account-deletion button. You may remove the app's Google access through your Google Account settings; doing so does not by itself delete your Supabase account. You can use the estimate and local request tools without creating an account.
Security and processing locations
We use HTTPS and managed authentication to help protect account information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. ISAEV LLC operates in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Do not include passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information in a project inquiry.
Children and policy changes
This website is intended for people able to arrange custom printing services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided account information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change, including changes to how project requests and files are handled.
