Terms of Service
Use the website to explore a model and prepare a preliminary estimate. A print or design project starts only after its details are agreed with the studio.
Website operator and scope
This website is operated by ISAEV LLC, Florida, United States, under the 3D Wolf Studio name. These terms describe use of the website, customer accounts and preliminary estimating tools. Questions can be sent to egor1412@gmail.com. Any modeling or printing project requires a separate agreement on its details before work starts.
Estimates and orders
Website prices, print-time estimates, material suggestions and analysis results are preliminary. Preparing or downloading an estimate or request does not place an order, reserve production time or send a request to the studio. Sending a request uploads it for studio review, but does not create an accepted production order. The website does not currently accept payments. Final pricing, dimensions, material, tolerances, delivery, payment, cancellation and any return arrangements must be confirmed directly with ISAEV LLC before you authorize a project.
Model dimensions and analysis
STL files do not reliably specify measurement units. You are responsible for checking the selected units and displayed dimensions. On-screen zoom is not the physical size of a part. Wall-thickness and infill guidance are approximate tools, not engineering certification, structural analysis or a guarantee of fit, strength or suitability. Discuss intended use and critical dimensions with the studio before production, especially where a part's failure could cause injury or damage.
Your files and permitted use
Use only models, photos and other material that you own or have permission to use for the requested purpose. You retain your rights in your material. Selecting a file in the local preview does not transfer ownership or send it to us. When you submit a request, you authorize ISAEV LLC and its service providers to store and access those files to review and respond to your request. Manufacturing or other uses require agreement on the project. Do not use the website to infringe others' rights, submit unlawful material, interfere with the service or access another person's account.
Customer accounts
Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Google sign-in is optional. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Your account shows submitted requests, their attached files and studio status updates. Status labels are progress information, not a substitute for an agreed quote or production instructions. Keep your own copies of downloaded estimates and project files. To request account closure, email egor1412@gmail.com from your registered address.
Availability and consumer rights
We may update the website and its tools, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Do not rely solely on a browser session to retain important project information. These website terms do not remove any rights you have under applicable law or replace the terms expressly agreed for an individual order.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains account data, browser storage, locally processed previews and submitted request files. We will post updates to these terms here with a revised effective date. Changes to website terms do not automatically alter an already agreed project.
